Please note that this does NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper installation or disassembly, improper care, negligence, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, fitness for use, acts of God, or any other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship of the components. Also, the replacement of tiles that VersaCourt is providing does not include covering the labor to complete the work. Shipping is paid for by VersaCourt in the first five years and covered by the customer after that.
